Paul Grey is a blockchain developer and XPR Network Consortium member. Through Proton NZ LTD, a New Zealand registered company, Paul operates as a block producer and ships production applications across confidential transfers, on-chain AI agents, DeFi, gaming, and developer infrastructure.
Recent work includes Private Transactions — a bolt-on confidential-transfer contract (xprconf) using Groth16 zero-knowledge proofs and a mandatory auditor viewing key, live on both mainnet and testnet — the Pulse Cutover toolkit that migrates XPR Network operators to PulseVM (the execution layer behind A-Chain), and the XPR Network Dev Skill, a Claude Code skill covering smart contracts, CLI, and SDK development on the network.
Earlier public work includes XPR Agents (a trustless AI agent registry with KYC trust scores and escrow), Simple DEX, Shellbook, XPR Tax, and XPR Auth Cleanup. All of it is open source or live on-chain — you can see everything from the projects page.
